BACKGROUND ACTORS NEEDED
No Audition required.

The production of 2019 will portray the peoples of Ancient America between about 160–77 B.C. We will need background actors, male and female, over the age of 16. Applicants may be of any ethnicity who physically resemble Native Americans of North, Central, or South America, or Pacific Islanders.
-       NOTE: We always receive many women and children who are eager to participate. Thus, we have a special need for Adult Men and the Elderly.
-       All applicants will be required to have—or begin growing—long hair (unless naturally bald) immediately. Men should grow their beard unless it interferes with work responsibilities.
-       These roles are PAID. In order to be paid, all participants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
-       While Background roles are paid a daily rate (a little over $100 per day), we cannot provide travel, lodging, or per diem for non-speaking roles. Participants would need to “work as a local,” finding travel and accommodations on their own.
-       The number of working days depends upon the actor’s availability in conjunction with the needs of the production. (TBD)
-    Please note that film-set days can be long, hot, and taxing. Participants should be in good health and ready and able to follow directions.

**PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AS OUTLINED**

If you are applying for background, you do not need to post a video, but we do need your photos as directed.
